Electrical or mechanical breakdowns are covered including those resulting from power surges, regardless of their source of emanation, and normal wear and tear.

MiniDisc Canada has the right to issue a refund for the warrantied product if no equivalent product is available.

Customer misuse, Acts of God and general maintenance are not covered.
