Warranty & Returns Information

Our blank MiniDiscs come with a one year Pause Play Stop guarantee. If you have a defective disc you can exchange it for a new one (In the unlikely event that a disc arrives cracked you have 7 business days to send it back).

Items that are labeled with a "1 year Pause Play Stop warranty" are guaranteed to be free from manufacturer defects for 1 year from the date of purchase. The unit may be repaired if a defect is found within that time period. If the unit arrives in defective condition, you may return it within 7 days.

Portable MiniDisc players/recorders that are labeled with a "Canadian warranty" can be taken to your nearest service center for free repair or replacement. If you're in the U.S.A. or another country and you have a Canadian product, the manufacturers will generally repair your product for free, but they don't have to.

Other Canadian Electronic products come with a 1 year Canadian warranty. Again, if you're outside Canada and you have a Canadian product, the manufacturers will usually, but are not obligated to, repair your product for free.

Items labeled "Japanese import" come with Japanese warranties. If your Japanese unit breaks, you may have to mail it back to Japan to have it fixed if you want free warranty service.

We guarantee all electronic products will arrive in working condition however all electronic sales are final. We cannot refund your order. This is because many products are very hard for us to obtain and often come from overseas. If a defective unit arrives you have 7 business days to return it after which we will send you a functional unit or issue a refund.
